previous experiences were perfect, so I was surprised that the last experience was not like that - after calling the operator and asking to be picked up from the airport, we waited for 20 minutes and called repeatedly. It was a pick-up on a working day at two o'clock in the afternoon, no other vehicle of the operator brought other passengers to the airport, so they definitely had free vehicle capacity. I believe this was an exception.
