Easy to navigate to, easy to park inside. The parking lot is open and serviced 24/7 apparently. Upon arrival there was no one to explain what to do and when I spoke to the staff, he asked me to park in a specific row, so I did. Days later on my holiday I received an email that I didn't park my car and that the booking has been cancelled, so I had to work with ParkLot support to fix that. I wasn't aware that there is a shuttle going from the airport and back so I walked, and it's not a nice walk - at some points there are no sidewalks, only car roads and roundabouts. On foot it's very difficult to get to and takes up to 25 minutes. When picking my car up, everything was smooth, I walked in, got inside my car and drove out, no interactions. Perhaps that's how it should be but considering this was my first experience I would have liked there to be staff coordinating this a little better. Anyways I was not dissatisfied, but I imagine it could be better.

Very quick, very smooth, we had no problems even though we landed at about 5:30.
